Step 1: Download the remote support tool from http://help.cplc.co

 


Step 2: Open the downloaded program. You may see a popup titled "User Account Control". Click "Yes", if this asks for a username or password which you do not have, you can click "No" and the program can still continue.


Step 3: The program will now open and begin loading. When you see the below window click "Accept" to continue.

 



Step 4: You will be asked for your name, company and phone number. Once you have filled out the information click “Submit (Secure)” and you will be placed in the support queue.



That’s it! The Communicate engineer will now be able to control your computer until the support program is closed.
